Azimuth considers privacy to be fundamental to its relationship with its clients and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of each client's personal information. Internal policies have been developed and put in practice in order to protect this confidentiality while allowing client needs to be served.

Azimuth does not disclose nonpublic personal information about clients or former clients to third parties other than as described herein. It collects information about clients (such as name, address, social security number, assets and income) from discussions with clients, from documents that clients may deliver to it and in the course of providing advisory services. In order to provide clients with such services, Azimuth may provide client information to affiliates and to firms that provide assistance in servicing its clients and that have a need for such information, such as a broker, custodian or other service provider. Azimuth requires third party service providers and financial institutions with which they have relationships to protect the confidentiality of client information and to use the information only for the purposes for which the information is disclosed. Azimuth does not otherwise provide information about clients to outside firms, organizations or individuals except to their attorneys, accountants, administrators, marketers and auditors and as permitted by law or as expressly permitted in writing by the client.

Azimuth restricts access to nonpublic personal information about its clients to its employees with a legitimate business need for the information. Azimuth maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect the personal information of its clients.
